The Violet Hour
Judy Neubauer and I formed the ethereal and haunting, guitar-based group The Violet Hour in 1992. Moving through several full-band line-ups, we wrote over 30 songs and performed at countless clubs throughout the Los Angeles region. From 1996-7 we recorded a full-length CD at Ken Lee’s Mensh Tracht, Gott Lacht (Man Plans, God Laughs) Recording Studios in Los Angeles with the fabulous drummer Scott Aguero and the mesmerizing guitarist Stuart Crawford-Browne. This album, Galdr, was released on our own independent Gloaming Records label.
